This Privacy Policy contains information about what we collect about your personal information in connection with your visit to our website, how we use it and how we protect it.

The website operator and their activities
The main activity of the operator is the lease of office and meeting space in their own administrative building at Cukrová 14 in Bratislava and the provision of related additional services.
Through our website www.acss.sk we inform about our individual services and provide information about free space in our building. Through the site we acquire new clients – tenants of offices and meeting rooms.
We collect personal data of visitors to the website (hereinafter as “affected persons”) when operating the website.

Although the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interests, we always respect and prioritize your rights and interests over our interests.

When operating the website, we place great accent on your privacy and we take the protection of the personal data of all persons who visit our website very responsibly.

In connection with this, we mainly apply the principle of data minimization and the principle of data retention minimization.

The right to object
You have the right to object at any time for reasons:
- processing of personal data on a legal basis of legitimate interest, including objections to profiling or the performance of tasks in the public interest
- processing of personal data, for the purposes of direct marketing on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the operator
Right of access to data
Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information we process about you via email, unless you request otherwise.
Right to correct data
You have the right to correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay. Regarding the purposes of processing personal data, you also have the right to supplement incomplete personal data.
Right of removal
You have the right to request that the operator terminates the processing and deletes all stored personal data if the conditions set by the GDPR are met. Particularly in situations where the affected people revoke the given consent or the purpose for which the data were processed ceases to exist.

You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of data, for example, if there is doubt about the correctness of the processing of personal data, for a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
Right of transfer
You have the right to obtain personal data concerning you and which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another operator without preventing you from doing so if the processing of personal data is based on your consent or on a contract or if the processing is carried out by automated means.
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority
In case you believe that your rights have been violated in the processing of personal data or a violation of generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic with a proposal to initiate proceedings on personal data protection according to § 99 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
