Directly in the centre of the town Bratislava – the building is situated in the first district of Bratislava (Old town, Cukrová 14 street,) with immediate pedestrian access to the center of the town, bus station, head offices and subsidiaries of many banks, institutions and government offices. There is a great acces to the building from all parts of Bratislava, as well as from the near suburbs with suburban transport services. The building adjoins directly to Medická záhrada (garden of the Faculty of Medicine).
Private car park
Tenants, depending on the size of the rented area, have the possibility of renting a parking spot, and access to the car park is permitted also for tenants’ visitors (for their clients, business partners, suppliers, etc.).
Variety of spaces
There are various office rooms available, ranging in size from 12 m2. In most cases it is possible to connect more near standing separate offices to larger units that could be mutually interconnected with separate entrances from common areas.
Meeting rooms
There are two meeting rooms with a capacity of 40 or 10 people at disposal, equipped with audio and video technology and Internet connection.

Tenants have an unlimited access to the building with service of a permanent receptionist.

There is a complete reconstruction of the building – new thermal insulated frontage, plastic windows possible to open, representative vestibule, camera and access system.

There are 4 lifts at disposal – three passenger lifts and one cargo lift with an access to a platform.
Stand for bicycles
Within our private car park we offer the possibility of storing bicycles on the outdoor stand under the shelter or in a locked area.
