VIRTUAL OFFICE

For companies engaging in business activities which do not require a traditional office but which need to have a registered office and business address in Bratislava, also to foreign companies which need to place a department or a representation in Bratislava, and of course to new entrepreneurs who need to reduce their costs we offer a service – virtual office at an attractive address in the center of the town Bratislava at Cukrová 14 street.

The office building, in which we provide the virtual office services, is in our possession which ensures long-term cooperation without the risk of premature cancellation of the virtual office.

Other advantages are the possibility of renting meeting rooms in our building and, of course, short-term or long-term lease of real offices.

Basic Services

REGISTERED OFFICE
The service consists in the providing a registred office at an atractive address required for a registration in the commercial and trade register, in accordance with the legislative regulations of the Slovak Republic.
CONTACT ADDRESS
This service is intended for those clients who do not need to have a registered office at our premises but need to have an address to receive mail or to be in contact with the public.
RECEIVING AND STORAGE OF MAIL
Any incoming mail (ordinary or registered post; both documents and packages) delivered to the address of the registered office/ contact address of a client will be accepted and stored until the client collects it.

Additional Services

INBOX NOTIFICATION
The client will be notified of the acceptance of mail by phone, mail or a text message.
MAIL FORWARDING
Mail (documents, packages) delivered to the address of the registered office will be forwarded all together to a client’s specified address at regular intervals determined by the client (on the day of delivery, weekly, monthly).
SCANNING OF INCOMING MAIL
Based on the authorization given to us by the client, we will open the mail, scan it and send it to the client.
PRIVATE (VIRTUAL) PHONE NUMBER
A fixed line will be set up for a client without the need for a telephone set. A unique local phone number will be assigned to a client. The calls incoming to the assigned local phone number will be then automatically redirected to a phone number selected by the client. After completing the subscription of services, the client can transfer the assigned number to another operator (for a fee).
PRIVATE (VIRTUAL) E-MAIL ADDRESS
An e-mail address will be assigned to the client in the following form: name@acssnet.sk, or name@vasafirma.sk. Incoming e-mails can be either automatically forwarded to a selected e-mail address, or the client can download it themselves via the Internet.

Terms and conditions

MONTHLY FIXED PAYMENT TARIFF
A fee for basic services is 66,40€ /month, excl. VAT.
DEPOSIT
We require a cash deposit of 200€ when signing the contract.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
We require the payment in advance in the amount of three monthly payments including VAT when singing the contract.
